Bounteous is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Mexico City to own the full application stack from frontend React to backend Node.js and SQL integrations. You will drive design, development and delivery with a focus on performance, reliability and scalable architecture.

The role combines hands-on coding with architectural thinking and mentoring, collaborating with Product, QA and DevOps to ensure production readiness and the long-term health of the platform.

Formación

• 6+ years of software development experience in full-stack projects.
• Experience owning or leading medium-to-large applications.
• End-to-end SDLC experience from requirements to production support.
• Strong debugging and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Hands-on leadership with architectural awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of the application across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and implementations.
• Make decisions prioritizing scalability, performance, security, maintainability.
• Mentor developers and review code to ensure quality.
• Address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• Ensure testing, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Improve overall quality, performance, stability, and maintainability.
