Capgemini is seeking an experienced Mobile Tech Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale mobile solutions. The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership across iOS/Android teams using Flutter, Dart, RESTful APIs, and modern backend services.

You will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and oversee releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store while collaborating with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Formación

• 9–12 years of software development experience with at least 9 years in iOS/Android.
• Strong cross‑platform mobile expertise with Flutter and Dart.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, business‑critical mobile solutions.
• Hands‑on with RESTful APIs, JSON integrations, and backend services (including BFF).
• Experience leading engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale mobile apps using Flutter.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend and backend teams.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and JSON services for mobile.
• Oversee releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Evaluate emerging mobile solutions and guide future state architecture.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, documenting decisions and ensuring delivery.
