Capgemini is seeking an experienced Mobile Tech Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale mobile solutions. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, requiring Flutter expertise and guiding both frontend and backend teams.

You will architect and deliver mobile apps using Flutter, design RESTful APIs, and oversee releases across Apple App Store and Google Play.

Formación

• 9–12 years of software development experience with at least 9 years in iOS/Android.
• Strong cross‑platform mobile development with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience delivering large-scale, business‑critical mobile solutions.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend services (BFF or mobile backend).
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams while balancing hands-on work.
• Strong stakeholder management and agile experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale mobile apps using Flutter.
• Provide technical leadership to frontend and backend teams.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for mobile apps.
• Oversee mobile releases across Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Conduct technology assessments and recommend future architectures.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
