Capgemini in Mexico is seeking an experienced Mobile Tech Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale mobile solutions. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, guiding Flutter-based mobile development and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include architecture, API design, and managing releases across iOS and Android ecosystems, while collaborating with clients to ensure successful delivery in an Agile setting.

Formación

• 9-12 years of software development experience with at least 9 years in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Strong cross-platform experience with Flutter and Dart.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale mobile apps using Flutter and modern technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend and backend teams.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support mobile apps.
• Oversee releases and approvals in Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Assess technologies, propose future-state mobile architectures, and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to document decisions and ensure delivery.

Mobile Tech Manager Capgemini is seeking an experienced Mobile Tech Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale mobile solutions. This role combines hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, requiring deep expertise in Flutter-based mobile development and experience guiding both frontend and backend teams.

YOUR ROLE:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale mobile applications using Flutter and modern mobile technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to both frontend and backend engineering teams.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and JSON-based services to support mobile applications.
• Oversee mobile application releases, deployments, and approval processes across Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Conduct technology assessments, evaluate emerging mobile solutions, and recommend future-state architectures.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders, facilitating technical discussions, documenting decisions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 9-12 years of software development experience, including at least 9 years of hands‑on experience in iOS and/or Android application development.
• Strong expertise in cross‑platform mobile development using Flutter and Dart.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, business‑critical mobile solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON integrations, and backend services, including BFF or mobile backend API development using Java or Scala.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams while balancing hands‑on technical contributions and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, client‑facing communication, problem‑solving, and architectural decision‑making skills, with experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Flutter, Native Mobile Development, Mobile Web, React Native, Ionic, PhoneGap, and related mobile frameworks.
