Citi in the Mexico region seeks a Finance Accounting Senior Analyst to drive data integrity and improve processes for regulatory reporting and general ledger activities. You will lead reconciliations, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide junior staff toward timely, accurate financial statements.

The role requires CA/MBA/CPA or equivalent, 5–8 years in accounting management, and advanced English communication. This is a full‑time position with cross‑regional involvement and compliance focus.

Formación

• CA / MBA / CPA or equivalent combination of education.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting management with stakeholder management.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supports management and control data flows to Finance applications to ensure data integrity and complete reporting.
• Manages processes or products and represents the unit on cross‑functional deliverables.
• Supervises day‑to‑day work of junior level employees.
• Responsible for accurate reporting of accounting reconciliations on Citi reporting tools.
• Reviews key controls for accounting processes and ensures compliance.
• Partners with country controllers and global leads to resolve issues and drive progress.
