Flex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide regional financial and accounting support for operations across the Americas. The role analyzes financial information, supports monthly close, and ensures compliance with US GAAP and corporate policies.

The successful candidate will partner with Controllership, FP&A, and cross‑functional teams to strengthen financial processes, review intercompany activity, and contribute to ERP and other special projects. Fluent English required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in financial analysis and corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Advanced English communication, written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight reporting deadlines.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior management and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet fluctuations to identify risks and trends.
• Provide financial support across multiple sites in the Americas.
• Participate in the monthly close process ensuring timely reporting.
• Collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, and cross-functional teams.
• Review intercompany activity and assist with corporate reports.
• Develop guidelines to strengthen processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, ERP implementations, and technical accounting.
• Support audits with analyses, documentation, and explanations.
