Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in business/finance or related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in financial management or related areas.
• CPA/CFA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and/or provides expertise to project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Guides process improvements and policy establishment with advanced financial knowledge.
• Collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making.
• Performs complex financial analysis to achieve objectives and drive insights.
• Oversees analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance and drives initiatives.
• Forecasts financial results and identifies opportunities for process improvements and policy development.
• Represents the business unit in cross-regional planning and to external stakeholders.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex projects and policy decisions.
• Develops productive internal/external relationships and mentors lower-level employees.
