fontisenergy seeks an experienced electrical technician to operate, maintain and repair electronic equipment and systems onboard offshore operations, while supervising the electronic onboard team.

The role requires reading drawings, using electrical testing meters, and applying software tools. Candidates should have 5–10 years as ET/SET and a relevant degree, ready to work in a demanding offshore environment.

Formación

• Preferably a bachelor's degree: High school Degree or any equivalent, or Electrical Engineering or Electronic Technology.
• Years of experience: previous experience as ET or SET (5-10 years).

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to all governing documents by direct reports.
• Revise governing documents as required.
• Provide clear daily guidelines to direct reports.
• Maintain software licenses, backups and upgrades.
• Lead by spending time in the field and monitoring daily operations.
• Maintain required logbooks.
• Provide thorough handovers at each shift change.
• Support offshore employees’ development to ensure right skills and capabilities.
• Review, enforce and comply with directives related to electrical and control discipline.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
