How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain service systems in line with safety and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, potable water, compressed air, and other systems.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of consumables and spare parts.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Support internal clients and participate in safety brigades.
  • Complete tasks on time and document activities per procedures.
  • Attend training and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of low to high voltage electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and CMMS tools.
  • Basic English proficiency (for reading equipment manuals); conversational English is a plus.
