Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Specialist, Facility Services, to own the physical infrastructure and regulatory standing of a high-throughput manufacturing site in Monterrey. You will manage the IFM supplier end to end, oversee hard and soft services, and ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations across utilities, HVAC, and facilities.

You will collaborate with plant leadership, EHS, manufacturing, and procurement to optimize uptime, safety, and sustainability.

Formación

• Strong vendor management skills and experience with contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Working knowledge of Mexican labor, safety, and environmental regulatory frameworks (STPS, NOMs).
• Ability to manage high-throughput HVAC manufacturing facility with compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day relationship with the site's IFM supplier, including contract scope, SLAs, KPIs, and governance cadence.
• Review and approve IFM service delivery across hard and soft services and drive improvements.
• Track performance, run business reviews, and lead corrective action plans for gaps.
