Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Monterrey 3 location. The role focuses on designing, installing and qualifying assembly equipment to support low volume/high mix production, while ensuring safety and efficiency across the line.

The candidate will map value streams, balance lines, set takt times, and monitor performance using Lean/Six Sigma approaches. Strong AutoCAD skills and English proficiency are required for collaboration with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and manufacturing process layout.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, installing & qualifying assembly equipment to support low volume/high mix production.
• Coordinating the installation of assembly equipment with safety guidelines.
• Defining assembly line value stream maps and layouts.
• Defining takt time for the assembly area.
• Monitoring Overall Equipment Effectiveness and capacity planning.
• Applying Lean/Six Sigma problem solving for root cause resolutions.
• Developing capital expenditure proposals for assembly area.
• Supporting new product development projects.
