This role is a unique opportunity to work on international projects with global executives, while being part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting firm.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth interviews with senior executives (C-level, VPs, Directors) for both permanent and fractional assignments.Assess leadership, cultural fit, and professional experience of candidates through structured behavioral interviews.Prepare detailed candidate assessments and reports for presentation to partners.Collaborate with the internal sourcing team to ensure strong candidate pipelines.Work closely with partners who handle client communication and candidate presentation.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in every engagement.Align availability across multiple time zones (USA, Europe) to support international projects.Qualifications & Experience6+ years of professional experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, or senior HR/Talent Acquisition roles.Proven ability to assess leadership skills, career track records, and cultural fit at the executive level.Familiarity with structured interview methods; experience with frameworks from Hogan, Korn Ferry, or SHL is a plus.Bilingual proficiency: Spanish (native) and English (fluent, business level).
