Job summary

WPP Media is hiring a Senior Executive Search professional to join the Global Operations Centre. The role involves collaborating with regional teams in Europe, the United States and Asia to implement digital campaigns and ensure compliance with guidelines.

You will monitor performance across platforms, provide accurate data for reporting, and generate daily campaign reports to inform regional teams. A Bachelor’s degree and strong English skills are required, along with 1.5–2 years of paid search

Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Executive Search who will:

• Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media’s regional teams (Europe, United States and Asia).
• Support the implementation of digital campaigns and ads according to guidelines with platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search, Search Ads 360, etc.
• Ensure campaigns comply with WPP Media’s global policies and guidelines.
• Monitor campaigns daily on each of the platforms and ensure accuracy of data across platforms for campaign reporting.
• Generate daily campaign reports for reporting to regional Search teams.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• Have 1.5-2 years of experience implementing paid Search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Search, etc.
• Advanced Excel skills.
