SimplePractice is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and support engineers in designing and delivering high quality software for our products. You will partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure smooth project execution.

You will mentor engineers, set performance expectations, and promote best practices across a remote/hybrid organization. A strong background in software engineering, leadership, and collaboration is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering high quality software products as a software engineer.
• 5+ years of experience managing software engineers.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with web apps using common frameworks (Ruby on Rails preferred).
• Experience delivering ML/AI projects (preferred).
• Strong SQL/database understanding and release management.
