Bosch Group in Mexico is seeking a Software Engineer – AUTOSAR Classic (COM layer) to develop embedded software for automotive systems. You will participate in the full software lifecycle—from requirements analysis to integration and validation—working with global teams, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities include configuring AUTOSAR Classic components (BSW, RTE, MCAL, SWCs), embedded C development, unit and system testing, and defect triage.

Formación

• 2 years experience in automotive embedded software.
• Proficient in AUTOSAR Classic architecture (COM layer, MCAL, RTE, SWCs).
• Strong Embedded C programming and software integration skills.
• Understanding of V-model lifecycle in automotive environments.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN/LIN).
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Translate system and software requirements into AUTOSAR-based solutions.
• Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Classic SWCs, BSW, and RTE.
• Develop embedded C and perform software integration across layers.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing; debug and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with Systems, Hardware, and Validation teams for end-to-end performance.
• Support release activities, builds, validation, and triage of defects.
