Responsibilities include installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital surveillance and A/V systems. Additional duties involve routine servicing, inspections, training, recruitment, and electronic upgrades. Excellent customer service and efficient management of electronic systems are essential. Our company is located in Mexico, Missouri, serving central Missouri for over 40 years.

Requirements:

• 2-year Associate's Degree (electronics or IT preferred)
• Intelligent and quick learner
• Good driving record
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable working at heights
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Team player willing to collaborate

Duties:

• Collaborate with the team on projects and contribute to product and service development
• Lead technician on specific jobs
• Install and service low voltage systems such as audio/video, IP camera, access control, and security systems
• Train and supervise new technicians and apprentices
