Intugo in Hermosillo, Sonora, seeks a highly proactive Project Engineer to own electrical construction projects in the U.S. market.

You will review plans, manage submittals and RFIs, track budgets, and coordinate with vendors, field teams, and the Project Manager across time zones. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial electrical construction, strong English, and hands-on experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Formación

• 7+ years of Project Engineering experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience independently managing project responsibilities while coordinating with a Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules.
• Experience coordinating materials, vendors, and field activities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager throughout full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, schedules, and records.
• Review electrical plans, specifications, and drawings for commercial construction projects.
• Track project costs, budgets, and material procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors, field teams and stakeholders to maintain schedules.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, delays, or coordination issues.
• Communicate issues to the Project Manager and provide potential solutions.
• Assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation when required.
