Cisco's Enterprise Switching Product Operations team in Guadalajara seeks a Senior Electrical Product Engineer to own electrical engineering across the Catalyst 9K portfolio, from concept to end-of-life, interfacing with global teams.

You will lead Design for X, drive manufacturability, cost, quality and delivery, and partner with CM and regional teams to optimize product readiness for mass production while sustaining existing products.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience in high-complexity, high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on PCB/PCBA SMT manufacturing knowledge.
• Knowledge of DfX principles (e.g. Valor DFM, manufacturability, testability).

Responsabilités

• Own NPI responsibilities for Catalyst 9K products from concept to mass production.
• Collaborate with Electrical Design, Hardware Development, Software, PM, Supply Chain, and CM partners.
• Lead cost, quality, and delivery optimization across the supply chain.
• Support lifecycle management and end-of-life activities.
