Job summary

Ware Malcomb in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and deliver complex building electrical systems design. You will guide projects from planning through construction, coordinating with designers, owners and contractors.

The role requires PE registration, ABET-accredited degree, 10+ years experience, and strong communication, analytical and leadership skills. Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of NOM codes is essential. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from ABET-accredited program.
• PE registration is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and coordinate with team members on technical studies, analysis, design, and drawings.
• Coordinate with designers, owners and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Mentor team members and review engineering work for quality and compliance.
• Ensure drawings and specifications meet applicable standards and NOM codes.
• Lead field activities and support project delivery from planning through construction.
