Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer responsible for design, development, customization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.

The role requires expertise in model-driven and canvas apps, Power Platform, and secure DevOps practices. The candidate will design scalable automation, implement ALM processes, manage CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business

• Experience designing and developing Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications.
• Experience with Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs and Azure.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience implementing DevOps/ALM for Dynamics 365.

Experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer responsible for the design, development, customization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications in alignment with business and technical requirements.

Develop and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and other Power Platform solutions.

Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, middleware platforms, and other integration technologies.

Power Platform Development Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform services to automate business processes and enhance application functionality.

Design scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.

DevOps & Application Lifecycle Management Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for solution deployment across development, test, and production environments.

Support source control, automated testing, release management, and deployment automation initiatives.

Collaboration & Support Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, and project teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
