Insulet Corporation is seeking a Senior Drupal full‑stack developer to join our Web Development team. You will lead Drupal 10/11 efforts, mentor teammates, and influence architecture decisions while delivering secure, high‑quality web solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of professional Drupal development experience, preferably in a senior/lead role.
• Strong proficiency with Drupal 9/10 APIs, PHP 8.x, Twig, HTML/CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
• Solid debugging skills and responsive web development experience.
• Familiarity with GitHub/Bitbucket, branching strategies, and code review workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development across Drupal 10/11 full stack, including modules, theming, and integrations.
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions for complex web solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding, testing, and documentation best practices.
• Collaborate with QA, product owners, designers, and IT leaders to ensure secure, high‑quality deliverables.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure security/accessibility compliance.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and assist sprint planning and release strategies.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Assess impact of changes, propose alternatives, and perform risk analysis.
• Communicate status, risks, and priorities to stakeholders using Jira and Confluence.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for efficiency tools.
• Champion collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
