Insulet Corporation, a leader in diabetes care, seeks a Senior Drupal full-stack developer in a hybrid role near Tijuana, MX. You will lead Drupal 10/11 projects, shape architecture, and mentor teammates while delivering secure, accessible web solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of Drupal development, deep PHP/Twig/JS skills, and proven experience with GitHub/Bitbucket, Agile/Scrum, and code reviews. Join a collaborative, growth-minded team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional Drupal development experience, senior/lead preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Drupal 9/10 APIs, PHP 8.x, Twig, HTML/CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with GitHub/Bitbucket, branching, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to lead technical design and mentor junior developers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development across Drupal 10/11, including custom modules, theming, and integrations.
• Drive architecture decisions for complex web solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior developers; promote coding standards and testing.
• Collaborate with QA, product owners, designers, and IT leaders to ensure secure, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure security and accessibility requirements.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning and release strategies.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Assess impact of proposed changes, communicate status, risks, and priorities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for efficiency improvements.
• Champion collaboration and distributed leadership.
