Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a Director of Technical Leader for Advanced PCBA and System Integration in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role leads development of advanced PCBA and SI manufacturing capabilities across Mexico sites and coordinates with customer technical teams and Foxconn R&D to co-develop test vehicles, specs, reliability testing, and new assembly processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering and process/technology development in PCBA and SI, incl. 5+ years in management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of advanced PCBA/SI manufacturing capabilities at Mexico sites.
• Collaborate with customer tech teams and Foxconn R&D to co-develop test vehicles, specs/checklists, reliability testing, DFM and process for new assembly and rework technology.
• Lead manufacturing technical teams and labs in Mexico and global labs to perform process and reliability evaluations.
• Support Foxconn central sites and BUs to share and develop new advanced manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop and mentor leaders to build strong people skills and high-potential technical professionals.

Educación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
