Flex is seeking a Purchasing Direct Supervisor to join our Guadalajara, South Campus team. You will oversee direct procurement activities, coordinate procurement staff, and ensure reliable material flow for sustaining production and supply chain operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, mid-level procurement experience, and solid English proficiency. Strong organization, Outlook, and MS Office skills are essential, with BAAN ERP experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business or Engineering).
• Mid-level experience in direct procurement.
• Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
• Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• ERP experience (BAAN preferred).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Diligent follow-up.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Placing purchase orders.
