Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise delivery programs across CPQ, CRM, and digital transformation. You will oversee multiple Agile teams, manage budgets and forecasts, and align stakeholders for successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes consulting and implementation experience with strong delivery discipline. Remote, distributed teams, and global clients are part of the environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs.
• Experience delivering enterprise consulting or implementation projects, not just operations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid approaches.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple Agile development teams, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources are addressed.
• Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across hybrid environments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams to align goals and outcomes.
• Create executive-level reporting and communicate project health, status, and forecasts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction.
