Senior Digital Proposal Manager

As a Senior Digital Proposal Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the overall commercial proposal strategy for deals involving joint digital product offerings.
  • Managing the proposal development process, ensuring quality and leveraging automation to improve productivity.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to achieve optimal proposal results while minimizing risks, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Ensuring commercial compliance, including adherence to processes and risk management of contracts.
  • Developing risk mitigation strategies considering triggers in RFPs and customer T&Cs to meet business objectives.
  • Analyzing terms and conditions, leading contract negotiations, and engaging with customers to close deals.
  • Identifying contract essentials and escalating issues for resolution.
  • Formulating negotiation strategies and proactively addressing obstacles to deal closure.
  • Partnering with sales managers to identify new opportunities and define commercial strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have significant experience in sales or commercial roles, with a preference for expertise in contract risk management, negotiations, and interest in cloud-based SaaS, AI, and machine learning applications.
  • Be committed to customer service and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written), with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

Desired Characteristics

  • Proven ability to lead programs or projects, with skills in documentation, planning, marketing, and execution. Established project management skills are desirable.
