Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in one of the listed fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Six Sigma certifications: Master Black Belt, Black Belt, or Green Belt.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry regulated by the FDA.
• Experience in Manufacturing Process Design and New Product Introduction.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports global teams across R&D, design, and manufacturing.
• Conducts root cause analysis of process issues and tests changes.
• Designs experiments to evaluate production change feasibility.
• Establishes operational ranges and control limits for process stability.
• Communicates progress and provides guidance on engineering changes.
• Supports investigations of field customer complaints and risk assessments.
