3Pillar is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the deployment of our AI-powered modernization platform (NEXUS) across client production environments. The role blends Platform Engineering with Technical Advisory, designing multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP, and partnering with client IT to establish SysOps frameworks and seamless Helm-based delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a technical advisory or client-facing engineering role.
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with production-grade Terraform.
• AIOps & observability experience across incident response and remediation.
• AI-driven automation experience to enable self-service provisioning.
• Platform engineering at scale with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Foundational cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Secrets/identity security experience (Vault/SSO).
• Strong written and verbal communication with mentoring ability.

Aufgaben

• Lead client IT partnerships and guide NEXUS deployments.
• Collaborate with client delivery teams to manage platform lifecycle and Helm-based updates.
• Design multi-cloud infrastructure and integration with client monitoring/ticketing systems.
• Develop AI-assisted provisioning and automation for cross-cloud environments.
• Evolve Helm charts and Terraform modules for standardized deployments.
• Ensure security, compliance, and IAM practices across environments.
