Job summary

DXC Technology in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Support Analyst – Device Management to design, implement, and support modern device management solutions for critical business operations. You will lead Intune/Endpoint Manager, SCCM, and Azure Virtual Desktop initiatives, ensuring security baselines and Zero Trust across endpoints.

The role involves configuring thin clients, monitoring device compliance, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve incidents and improve services in a hybrid IT

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Support Analyst in Microsoft environments with Intune/Endpoint Manager, AVD, and SCCM.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune policies, configurations, App Autopilot, and compliance.
• Strong expertise in SCCM infrastructure, imaging, and patch management.
• Experience with Group Policy, permissions, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform design, implementation, and configuration of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Design, implement, and administer Azure Virtual Desktop environments (Host Pools, Workspaces, profile management).
• Configure and support Thin Clients (IGEL, Dell Wyse, HP ThinPro).
• Enforce security baselines and Zero Trust across endpoints; ensure MFA/Conditional Access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
