Job Description

Position: Senior Developer, Managed Services - Digital

Reporting To: Senior Solution Architect

Workplace: Remote

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon

Responsibilities:

1. Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance requirements.
2. Support data modeling and requirements definition mapping.
3. Provide maintenance and project continuity support directly with clients, with 5+ years of experience.
4. Focus 70% on code development and modification, and 30% on troubleshooting.
5. Support clients through troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements.
6. Develop software extensions and integrations using specific APIs.
7. Ensure code quality via unit testing and code reviews.
8. Perform system configuration and customization at an intermediate level.
9. Install tools to support development and report status within DevOps tools.
10. Support PTC products (Teamworks development) and Windchill applications.
11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate with customers across the USA, Europe, and Asia.
12. Perform system administration tasks as needed.
13. Conduct data migration, including data analysis and ETL processes.
14. Meet customer service metrics and SLAs, with effective reporting within teams and to clients.
15. Handle requirements from multiple clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary, cross-cultural teams.
16. Contribute to internal initiatives and tool development, including technology demonstrations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Digital Systems, Software Development, or related field.
• Experience in troubleshooting and working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Functional support and user enablement skills.
• Experience with system configuration changes and application enhancements.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including technical documentation.
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Understanding of translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Applicants must be authorized to work in Mexico if applying for positions based there.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing and publishing mobile applications.
• Network management skills.
• Experience with PLM systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or SOA.
• Experience with cloud platforms and IoT tools.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cosmos, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
