Capgemini Mexico City is seeking a Senior Engineering/Developer Lead to guide teams in a full development lifecycle, acting as a full-stack SME for Micro-services/API, front-end, and cloud applications. You will drive automation and DevSecOps adoption, coordinate with IT and business teams, and ensure resilience and timely delivery.

The role requires extensive banking domain experience, strong English, and hands-on expertise in Java/REST, ReactJS/HTML, SpringBoot, AWS, Docker, and monitoring

Formación

• Over 5 years' experience on financial/banking system service.
• Experience in Micro-Services/API development and web-based applications; SME level.
• Strong English communication; both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams of Development Specialists through full development life cycle.
• Act as full-stack SME for Micro-services/API, front-end, and cloud apps.
• Drive DevSecOps adoption and automation; ensure resilience and security.
• Coordinate with business/IT and regional delivery teams; ensure on-time delivery.
