Formación

The Role:

Birdman is hiring a Senior Designer (Motion Graphics & Social) to specialize in digital content creation. This role will create dynamic animations and videos for social media and eCommerce, ensuring innovation, relevance and measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop animations, short videos, and motion graphics for social media.
• Edit product, lifestyle, and campaign videos across different platforms.
• Identify digital trends and propose innovative content formats.
• Supervise deliverables from the Junior Designer, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Optimize digital assets based on performance metrics (CTR, VTR, ROAS).
• Collaborate with Social Media and E-commerce teams on briefs and quick turnarounds.
• Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all digital content.
• Experiment with new formats (AR filters, TikTok trends, interactive loops).

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

• Advanced experience with After Effects and Premiere.
• Ability to craft digital storytelling in short-form content.
• Strong knowledge of social media and eCommerce specs and formats.
• Creative agility to produce content under tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members.
• Previous experience in eCommerce and performance marketing.

Bonus Points If...

• Knowledge of advanced plugins (e.g., Red Giant).
• Experience in illustration or 3D for motion graphics.
• Basic copywriting skills applied to video content.
