Snatch UP Jobs is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to enhance customer relationships and success for retail clients across LATAM. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of retail and supply chain customers, ensuring satisfaction and adoption of our SaaS solutions.

This independent contractor position allows you to handle your own invoices and taxes, requiring fluency in both English and Spanish. Strong retail operations experience along with proactive communication skills are essential for this role.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience in retail operations including inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
