Acxiom in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area is seeking a Delivery Analyst to design, set up, monitor, and validate data product workflows. You will ensure compliance with client requirements, SLAs, and security policies while auditing results and guiding necessary changes.

Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate with clients and vendors, verify inputs and outputs, monitor processing, and lead issue resolutions. You’ll manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years relevant IT experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail to monitor and audit solution processing services.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage source file receipt with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Design, construct and execute data workflows; verify counts and monitor processing.
• Validate data formats and outputs to meet specifications and zero defects.
• Deliver accurate output information to clients via data platforms and transfers.
• Ensure QA processes and SLAs are followed; assist in change management.
• Lead resolution of data issues and communicate solutions to team and clients.
