TrueML is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to architect decision-making for automated debt collection. You will own end-to-end ML initiatives, from problem framing to production deployment, driving scalable models and ML infrastructure.

The role emphasizes extreme ownership, mentoring, and proactive debt reduction while collaborating with product managers and engineers. You will leverage AWS, SageMaker, and Python with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, delivering robust, data-driven solutions

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science or ML.
• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Roadmap: contribute ideas to technical and product roadmaps with effort estimates.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn requirements into implementations.
• Predict & Prevent: anticipate code breaks and assess downstream impacts of solutions.
• Own the Lifecycle: take end-to-end responsibility from scoping to production deployment.
• Lead by Example: improve code quality through reviews and team best practices.
• Innovate: stay ahead of industry trends and document tech debt with clear remediation paths.
• Solve Complex Problems: serve as the technical authority for the team.
