TrueML is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to architect decision-making models for automated debt collection. You will drive roadmaps, mentor engineers, and translate business needs into scalable ML systems.

You will leverage AWS, SageMaker, and Python to build, train, and deploy models at scale, while maintaining documentation and code quality. This role requires strong communication with stakeholders and a strategic mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning concepts.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the technical and product roadmaps for data initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.
• Predict and prevent issues by anticipating code breaks and downstream impact.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of complex initiatives from scope to production deployment.
• Lead by example with high-quality code reviews and best practices for AI-enabled development.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and document tech debt with clear resolution paths.
• Solve complex problems independently and act as the technical authority for the team.
