We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead our most high-stakes and strategically critical data initiatives. What You'll Do

Data Analysis & Modeling

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve high-priority business challenges.
• Perform deep analysis on large-scale datasets to uncover actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Validate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance to ensure ongoing business value.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into data science initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Present complex findings in a clear, compelling way that influences business decisions across technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production environments efficiently.

Research & Innovation

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science, continuously introducing new techniques and technologies.
• Proactively identify innovative solutions to complex problems, improving processes and creating competitive advantages.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide a team of skilled data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Lead high-stakes data projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and impactful results.
• Help define and drive the strategic roadmap of the data science team, aligning with broader organizational goals.

What You’ll Need

Education

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data science or machine learning, with a proven history of delivering impactful, production-ready solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing and executing complex, high-impact projects.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level programming in Python and/or R.
• Deep experience with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data manipulation.
• Proficiency with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Analytical Skills

• Advanced understanding of statistical methods, data mining, and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to distill and communicate technical results clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
