Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytical models that address business and technical objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Contribute to strategic discussions, offering input that helps shape the direction of data-focused initiatives
• Review work produced by fellow team members, providing constructive feedback to uphold strong analytical practices
• Investigate and resolve complex analytical challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the growth of junior team members by sharing knowledge that strengthens their skills
• Take part in planning discussions, contributing to scope definition and providing accurate time estimates
• Stay current with evolving trends in the field and apply valuable new approaches to daily work
• Maintain clear documentation of key methodologies and findings to support long-term knowledge sharingWork closely with stakeholders to establish clear objectives and ensure completed work aligns with expectations

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Practical knowledge of AI concepts and tools, applied to enhance analytical solutions
• Strong background in Data Science, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Proficiency in Python for building and implementing data-driven models and solutions
• Experience with Java for developing and integrating data-related applications
• Solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science to support rigorous analytical work
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
