Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with expertise in data modeling and ETL development.
• Advanced SQL for complex transformations and performance tuning.
• Strong Python for automation and ETL orchestration.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems and large-scale data integration.
• Solid knowledge of Azure ecosystem and Microsoft Fabric for data engineering.
• Knowledge of data modeling principles for AI/analytics use cases.
• Experience with data quality assessment and data profiling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis and data mapping across ERP systems to identify integration challenges.
• Design and implement standardized ETL pipelines and data transformations for migrating data to Microsoft Fabric.
• Build data quality frameworks and validation rules for AI/analytics readiness.
• Lead hands-on implementation of ETL standards and automation scripts for multi-source integrations.
• Develop and optimize data models to support unified, AI-ready architecture.
• Lead pilot implementations and refine standards against real ERP data.
• Mentor team members on ETL development and Fabric-specific practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document data lineage and transformation logic.
