Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

Lead the design and evolution of the full data stack from ingestion to consumption ensuring systems remain scalable and reliable.

Collaborate closely with Product Analytics and Engineering teams to build data solutions that deliver actionable insights for both customers and internal teams.

Set and promote high standards for data quality security and governance throughout the organization.

Own the technical architecture and daily operations of data pipelines data warehouses and self-service analytics platforms.

Create tools that bring transparency to company-wide business outcomes and improve data accessibility.

Manage cloud data technologies preferably on AWS along with orchestration and transformation tools.

Drive metric standardization and champion data engineering best practices across the company.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

4+ years of hands-on experience designing and building scalable data pipelines and architectures.

Strong expertise in SQL data modeling both relational and dimensional and data warehouse management especially with Snowflake.

Experience with transformation and orchestration tools like dbt Airflow Prefect Airbyte and Kafka.

Solid knowledge of cloud technologies particularly AWS including S3 Redshift and RDS. Familiarity with Terraform Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Proficiency in Python programming and Unix Linux scripting.

Experience building or supporting semantic layers for self-serve analytics and working with BI tools such as Looker Tableau or Sisense.

Strong experience collaborating with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to build impactful data solutions.
