is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale data analytics platforms and pipelines for the DISCO program. You will work with data scientists, product managers, and BI engineers to enable data-driven decisions that improve customer experiences. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data engineering, strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with AWS data services such as Redshift, EMR, and S3.

Formación

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS.
• Experience mentoring team members on best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable data analytics platform and data pipeline solutions.
• Architect analytics platform components for the broader org.
• Lead Data Engineers in DISCO MPT team.
• Collaborate with product, BI, and ML teams to support analytics and decision making.
