EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Lead Data Software Engineer (Java+AWS) to drive design and delivery of robust data solutions. You will lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data platforms.

You will architect data pipelines, mentor engineers, ensure code quality, and optimize performance across cloud environments while communicating with international teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data software engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Expertise in Amazon Web Services and Databricks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Lead the design and development of data-driven software solutions.
• Architect scalable data pipelines and processing workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
