Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead a data modernization initiative for a financial services client. You will transform legacy data environments into scalable platforms using Snowflake, Hive, Databricks and Airflow.

You will design ETL pipelines, migrate SQL Server to cloud data platforms, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Advanced expertise in SQL with a focus on optimization and performance.
• Proven experience designing and developing ETL and data processing solutions.
• Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and understand complex data pipelines.
• Experience working independently and ramping up in new tech environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL and data processing pipelines.
• Lead the migration of legacy SQL Server environments to modern cloud data platforms.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data transformation and reporting.
• Build, schedule, and maintain data workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Design and develop data processing solutions using Python.
• Create and optimize data models, including schema design and partitioning strategies.
