Capgemini Engineering está buscando un profesional de ingeniería de datos para liderar el soporte operativo de entornos ETL y Data Warehouse. Trabajarás con equipos globales para garantizar disponibilidad, rendimiento y cumplimiento de gobernanza.

Formación

• Experiencia en operaciones de data warehouse y gestión de incidentes, con enfoque en disponibilidad y performance.
• Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de ETL y bases de datos SQL/Big Data.
• Capacidad para colaborar con stakeholders y equipos técnicos para resolver problemas operativos.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar soporte operativo para entornos ETL y Data Warehouse.
• Impulsar resolución de incidentes, análisis de causa raíz y acciones preventivas.
• Garantizar estabilidad, rendimiento, escalabilidad y seguridad de la plataforma.
• Revisar diseños de solución y apoyar actividades de implementación.
• Colaborar con partes interesadas de negocio y técnica.
• Formar a equipos de ingeniería y establecer prácticas operativas.
• Apoyar iniciativas de modernización en nube (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Asegurar el cumplimiento con gobernanza corporativa, controles de datos y gestión de cambios.

• Lead operational support for ETL and Data Warehouse environments.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Review solution designs and support implementation activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coach engineering teams and establish operational best practices.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, data controls, and change management processes.
