Turner & Townsend seeks a seasoned Planner to lead scheduling for data center projects on-site in Querétaro. You will drive CPM-based schedules, baseline programmes, and narrative reporting while coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a engineering-related degree, 10+ years in large-scale planning, and fluent English. Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6 is required for project controls and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning within large-scale industrial or data center environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, interface management, and contract planning requirements.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation and management of project schedules using CPM to ensure accuracy and traceability from inception to completion.
• Establish and maintain baseline programmes, identify scheduling risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and present programme narratives that communicate sequencing, milestones and dependencies for client and project teams.
• Oversee monthly progress updates and planning reports, aligning with the project reporting cycle.
