Alcor is seeking a senior, hands-on Data Architect/Engineer to lead the design and delivery of an analytical data platform in Microsoft Fabric. The role focuses on offloading historical workloads from transactional systems while preserving authorization context for secure reporting.

You will own the technical delivery, collaborating with internal teams and external partners from discovery to production readiness and knowledge transfer, delivering a robust, governed data solution.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience delivering data architecture and data-engineering solutions in production environments.
• Proven experience transforming data from complex OLTP apps into analytical platforms and warehouses.
• Strong hands-on experience building data solutions in Azure with Microsoft Fabric.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical delivery of the analytical data platform initiative.
• Design, implement, and govern ingestion and offload of data to a Fabric-based store.
• Create layered medallion architecture and semantic models for secure downstream reporting.
• Translate authorization context into analytical access patterns and controls.
• Produce thorough technical documentation and runbooks; enable knowledge transfer.
