Argano seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead modern data engineering initiatives using Microsoft Fabric and the Azure data platform. You will build and maintain data pipelines, transform data, and deliver analytics-ready data platforms with strong governance and security.

You will collaborate with data architects, software developers, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data delivery across client engagements and mentor junior team members.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Data Engineering, Real-Time Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience designing modern data warehouses, data marts, and enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines for analytic and operational workloads.
• Experience with dimensional modeling and star schema design.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong cloud security, governance, and data management practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deploy, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for ingestion, transformation, and integration.
• Build and optimize Lakehouse, Warehouse, and analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric.
• Create data transformations with SQL, Python, PySpark for reporting and AI initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, performance, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Document data solutions and stay up-to-date with Fabric, Azure, and data engineering tech.
