PRGX is hiring a Senior Business Information Analyst to own end-to-end data analytics projects in Mexico City. You will work with operational teams, define requirements, and deliver data pipelines and governance frameworks using Prefect and Airflow.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, 5+ years in data or business analysis, and fluent English. You will collaborate with business and client technical stakeholders, mentor juniors, and drive automation and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, working closely with operational teams from requirements definition to delivery.
• Drive and contribute to data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a key point of contact between business and client’s technical stakeholders.
• Design, build, and optimize data workflows and orchestration pipelines using Prefect and Airflow.
• Lead automation initiatives, including RPA solutions with Python and Selenium.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation in business processes.
• Mentor junior team members and help define standards, best practices, and scalable solutions.
