PRGX Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Informartion Analyst in Mexico City to drive end-to-end data projects, govern data practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will design data workflows using Prefect and Airflow, lead automation initiatives, and mentor junior staff. The role emphasizes leveraging AI, RPA with Python and Selenium, and delivering scalable data solutions across client engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Trino, SQL, and Python.
• 5+ years of experience in data, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to detect, analyze, and solve complex problems end-to-end.
• Team-oriented mindset with experience mentoring others.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in automation, AI, and process optimization.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, working closely with operational teams from requirements definition to delivery.
• Drive and contribute to data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a key point of contact between business and client’s technical stakeholders.
• Design, build, and optimize data workflows and orchestration pipelines using Prefect and Airflow.
• Lead automation initiatives, including RPA solutions with Python and Selenium.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation in business processes.
• Mentor junior team members and help define standards, best practices, and scalable solutions.
