Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Analyst – Data Science to drive Descriptive Analytics for the Health & Benefits Global Data Center of Excellence. You will design, strategize, and automate analytics solutions that empower global teams to deliver rapid, insight-driven client reporting.

You will lead modeling, data prep, and automation with Python, SQL, and PowerBI, creating interactive reports and clear data storytelling for decision makers at all levels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Economics or Engineering.
• Mathematics, Finance, or related field is acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics or data science roles.
• Professional-level English communication (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, PowerBI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the strategy, operating model, and execution framework for Descriptive Analytics within the COE.
• Serve as global SME for methodology standards, QA, and scalability plans.
• Represent the COE in global forums to communicate progress toward AI-powered brokerage vision.
• Develop and deploy advanced analytics and data science solutions using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models.
• Lead statistical modeling, data prep, and automation using Python, SQL, and PowerBI.
